CYTOPLAN SUPPLEMENTS

There are literally thousands of supplements on the market, so the question is which ones to choose? I have used a company called Cytoplan for many years - for myself and my clients - and would strongly recommend their products. 

Many of their products are "FOODSTATE".  FOODSTATE vitamins and minerals are "re-natured" which means that a concentrated form of a vitamin or mineral is "fed" back into a food medium in which that vitamin/mineral would normally be found. The general philosophy is that nutrients should be delivered to the body as nature intended. This way, they can be recognised, absorbed, metabolised and used fully. The FOODSTATE family are as close to food as possible, and therefore as close to how those nutrients would be delivered in food. The body can then utilise them more easily. A lot of other supplements on the market are either synthetic or isolated from their cofactors.  Vitamin C without its flavonoid complex is not recognised as vitamin C by our bodies and is rapidly excreted - normally within 2 hours.
