WEEKEND NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION WORKSHOP 

Enter the world of Naturopathic Nutrition and learn how food has a direct impact on your health and well being! 

Perhaps you want more vibrant health or are concerned how best to support the health of your family?  

Ideal for whether you want to eat more healthily and don't know where to start or have some knowledge and want to build on it.

Held in Dorking.

A light vegetarian lunch is provided both days.

J   A simple overview of Naturopathic Nutrition

J   The importance of drinking water and eating water-rich foods

J   How stress impacts our digestion and the hydration of the body.

J   Acid / Alkaline / pH. What this means and what foods we should be eating / avoiding to get the correct balance.

J   The importance of a healthy digestive system. All common sense stuff but easily overlooked in our busy lives.

J   Fats - the good, the Ok and the downright dangerous. Why not all fats are bad for you and some are actually essential to your health

J   A look at some "super-foods" - ways to boost nutrient content of our basic health-giving diet.

J   Ways to detox and cleanse your body gently

J   When and why to take supplements

A rerun of my popular simple guide to healthy eating.

With so much conflicting information in the media and on the internet, it is sometimes difficult to know what to eat and what to avoid! 

This is a great talk to set you on the path to healthier eating, enabling you to make more informed decisions for yourself and your family.

 During this talk you get to meet one of your very own cells, and learn what helps to keep it happy and healthy. We dispel a few nutritional myths along the way and learn why 5-a-day is simply not enough!
