Fed up of counting calories and fighting cravings but still not seeing any results?
Achieving your natural weight is actually a by-product of eating a healthy diet. But what does this mean?
Starting again in September (see dates below), I shall be running a series of 4 evening sessions to show you how, by combining a healthy diet and detox, you can lose weight naturally.
We shall look at the importance of good hydration and an alkaline diet; the difference between certain fats; and how certain foods are sabotaging not just your ability to lose weight but also your health. We shall also look at setting realistic goals; how you can combat cravings; and shall introduce you to using flower essences and naturopathic techniques to support you in your programme.
Even if you are not wanting to lose weight, this promises to be a good introduction to naturopathic nutritional healing, which you can apply in your daily life.

Wednesday evenings, 7.15 pm - 9.30pm
15th, 22nd, 29th September + 6th October 2010
Held at my home in Dorking.
Cost £50 for the 4 sessions.
