Having suffered with ME in my mid-twenties, I have taken a keen interest in holistic medicine for a number of years. By changing my diet and taking full responsibility for my own health, I made a successful recovery and decided that I would like to help others to do likewise.
I trained under Fiona Gibson at the UK School of Naturopathic Nutrition (UKSNN) in Woking, Surrey, gaining a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Practice, and then completed a year at the Nutritional Healing Foundation gaining a Clinical Practice Diploma in Nutritional Healing.
As well as practising, I work as a clinical supervisor at the Nutritional Healing Foundation. (www.nutrihealfoundation.com)
